A from-scratch autonomous ground vehicle built on a Raspberry Pi 5 with ultrasonic range sensors and a camera. I implemented Rapidly-exploring Random Trees (RRT) for motion planning and Visual SLAM for localization and mapping, so the robot could navigate toward a goal on flat terrain while avoiding obstacles in real time.
